Work IN Roads is a collaborative initiative between industry, federal, state and local agencies and other organizations to advocate, educate, and provide resources for horizontal construction workforce development. It introduces career opportunities to K-12 and collegiate students, their parents, and other key influencers by encouraging all Hoosiers to seek opportunities in this industry. Work IN Roads supports the pipeline that will provide Better Roads, Better Careers, Better Living.

The second Golden Shovel competition is in the books. I can't emphasize enough what a fantastic event this has become. Last year, four teams from two schools; this year, NINE teams from NINE schools!
