Our landscape architecture team really enjoyed putting together this neighborhood design for the Shelter WF Design Our Future challenge. It gave us the opportunity to talk through our process and share the value in the steps we take that lead us to our designs. Check out the quick minute-long video if you want to learn more!
As part of the “Design Our Future” housing design challenge we at Shelter WF wanted to give an opportunity to designers to explain their process. This video was submitted by a team from WGM GROUP, Inc. and explains how they went through their process to create the design that was submitted. Their submission was for Option 2:Design A Neighborhood. Head to our website to view all the designs and vote on your favorites. https://lnkd.in/gHrJaW4x

A group of WGMers and friends spent time over the weekend cleaning up the beach and boat ramp area at Swan Lake for the annual Flathead Waters Cleanup event. Fueled by huckleberry pancakes at the Swan Lake Huckleberry Festival, the crew collected trash for two hours and earned the prize for the most unique item found: a little green plastic army toy. In total, the Montana Waters: Clearly Connected event had more than 150 volunteers who removed over 3,000 pounds of trash and debris along 50-plus miles of riverbank and lakeshore in the Flathead Watershed. We are thankful for clean, beautiful water and all the people who regularly help to keep it that way.
