In an impressive milestone, our Facilities group has surpassed 1,000 days without a recordable injury. Our team has accumulated over 1,700,500 person-hours, with approximately 75% of those hours performed by WHC staff and the remainder by trustworthy subcontractors. What drives this exceptional safety record? The key lies in the strong, family-like bond within the team. Working closely in tight spaces, the crew's "brother’s keeper" mentality ensures everyone looks out for one another. This close-knit group is familiar with each other's strengths and dedicated to upholding rigorous safety standards and procedures.
