    We’re thrilled to announce Whiteboard’s re-certification as a B Corp. In 2017, our friend and colleague, Alex Nichols, challenged us and said, “I think Whiteboard should pursue B Corp Certification.” We didn’t know what to expect, but after eight months of working with B Lab — Whiteboard was awarded it’s first B Corp certification for meeting rigorous standards used to measure a company’s impact on its employees, suppliers, community, consumers, and environment. B Corp certification is awarded to companies that use the power of business to solve social and environmental problems and meet higher standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

    Clear is an identity company that makes experiences safer and easier - no matter where you live, work, or travel. Since day one, Clear's identity platform has made it easier to move freely through airports, venues, and beyond. When the Clear team came to Whiteboard, the company was scaling incredibly fast - so fast that their Wordpress website was rapidly falling out of date. Their engineering team was completely booked, so making any changes - even minor ones - could take weeks, sometimes months. Because of this, Clear wanted to migrate their site to Webflow to allow their in-house marketing team to own the marketing site and adapt it to the business's growing needs.     It was a critical moment: SitusAMC had just completed an industry-defining merger between the leading commercial and residential real estate finance solutions providers. For the first time, two distinct sides of real estate were united under one roof. The newly formed organization offers an unprecedented comprehensive approach to real estate - and the new brand needed to showcase this solution, while capitalizing on the strong reputations of each legacy organization. With a focus on technology and innovation, the brand also needed to be digitally-driven and versatile across platforms - not only to reach next-gen clientele but to ensure brand cohesion across their 100+ technology products. Segmenting SitusAMC’s vast audience base revealed opportunities for nuance and specificity across the brand. We refocused on the target demographic and pointed at a clean, bold, and digital-first experience that would capture attention amid the outdated and stale competitive set. To this end, we crafted a set of guiding design principles, that ensured strategic decisions.     BibleProject helps people experience the Bible as unified story that leads to Jesus. BibleProject team needed to develop a solution to their MarTech stack that could support rapid testing and iteration in their marketing team's performance marketing campaigns while maintaining high design fidelity, all without requiring valuable engineering time to be spent developing the dozens of landing pages needed. The Whiteboard team came alongside BibleProject to develop a campaign landing page building tool that would leverage an extensive design system of core components that would could support core campaigns throughout the year to acquire new leads, develop new donors relationships, and promote featured content and product releases year round. Whiteboard partnered with BibleProject to design and engineer a dynamic landing page builder for their team to build out custom marketing campaigns focused on their library of content.     Human Rights First equips the skilled to abolish the oppressed. They take critical action in the face of critical threats. It is where asylum-seekers find solace and oppressors find justice. When Human Rights First began their journey of reorienting their digital impact, they found themselves with a disjointed brand position that was unable to accurately communicate the scope of work they accomplish daily. Our team was tasked with reimagining their digital home from the ground-up. Our friends over at Matchstic were able to help them make the first major strides towards a cohesive mission. Matchstic crafted a beautiful brand identity for them that captured the nuances of Human Rights First being a varied NGO held together by the common thread of equipping and activating the skilled to abolish oppression. Our design team then metabolized the core pillars of Human Rights First into a creative design system that put mission first. The pillars on the home page are a direct line to the core principals of the organization. Woven throughout the various elements of this new system are flashes of orange that, once activated, stand out among the profound color palette. The collaborative work our team accomplished resulted in a site that directs users to the information they need. Visitors can now enjoy the flexibility of a site that signals important categories of information and allows for seamless navigation. The content system we created allows the team to remain agile in continuously presenting creative content while answering the needs of their already impressive database. It’s not always easy to systematize an organically-shaped NGO into a logical set of user-flows, but our sustainable content model made that possible. Posturing themselves as an earnest, focussed, mission-driven force for good, Human Rights First is doing real work that is deeper than feel-good virtue signaling.     Utilizing web design to reflect the energy and impact a brand is making in all sectors of our society. Community uses enterprise-grade SMS software to connect people with political figures, brands, and leaders in their community. With massive success in both grass-roots organizations and popular brands, Community was looking for a way to make their print brand come alive on the web, along with the ability to customize future web pages. Our process began by diving deep into Community’s current visual identity, looking for opportunities to reposition it as a living, flexible brand. We analyzed competitor landing pages to determine the necessary components for different landing page types and assessed what design and functionality elements needed to be adaptable. Together, our teams landed on a flexible design system, which informed a build out of a new home page and a robust, dynamic landing page builder. The new home page presented Community as a bold, exciting voice, making it easy for users to purchase and/or learn how to get involved. The landing page builder allowed the Community team to quickly build, customize, and adapt new pages for specific audiences. Community now has the toolkit they need to feel empowered to own their brand and their outreach. Their website now represents the powerful grassroots initiatives impacting our world, and their web presence is positioned to make the same kind of positive change.     For over 30 years, Dean Sikes & You Matter has brought hope & restoration to teenagers facing: - Anxiety & Hopelessness - Rejection & Unforgiveness - Suicidal Thoughts With recent publications such as "The Anxious Generation", "Is Teen Mental Health in a State of Crisis?", and "Why American Teens are So Sad", You Matter is aiming to not only do their part in eradicating this hopelessness, but also to teach the next generation how to build up and inspire hope into their piers.
