Many of my LinkedIn followers will have heard about or attended the Tradeswomen Build Nations Conference. But if you are unfamiliar with it, it’s one of the most important and inspiring events of the year. Here’s a great recap from International Association of Sheet Metal Air Rail & Transportation Workers that includes highlights from the conference and a nod to SMACNA for helping fund a maternity leave benefit.

WIC had the pleasure of participating in a packing party for the Heavy Metal Summer Experience (HMSE), and what success it was! Together, we packed over 300 tool bags brimming with essentials, courtesy of Milwaukee Tools. This summer, HMSE will reach 600 high school students across 41 contractor locations nationwide. A big shoutout to Western Allied Mechanical for graciously hosting the event and providing both lunch and extra helping hands. 🌟 #CommunityEngagement #HMSE #WIC
