Last week, members of Willkie’s San Francisco office participated in the annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. The team ran and walked the 3.5 mile race to benefit the non-profit Eat. Learn. Play. The organization was founded by Stephen and Ayesha Curry and focuses on improving the lives of kids and families in Oakland, the Bay Area and across the country. Thanks to all who participated!

Willkie announced today that it has added a corporate team consisting of five partners and several associates. The partners include prominent capital markets and M&A lawyers Edward Best, Jennifer Carlson, John Ablan, Esther Chang and Susan Rabinowitz. They are based in Willkie’s Chicago office. Together, these additions significantly strengthen Willkie’s capital markets and strategic M&A capabilities in Chicago and beyond.
