Just bring together some investors, buy an apartment complex, and make a bunch of money, right? Not quite. Real estate investing is a team sport… And it requires a bigger team than you might think. For example, a couple of weeks ago our IR Director, Jeannette (Robinson) Friedrich had a great meeting with David Binswanger about potentially doing some business together. This is how you find partners to invest with. Unbeknownst to him,  just a few weeks before that, the Blue Lake team hosted an RFP process where our team was blown away by Willow Bridge Property Company’s presentation to manage our newest investment. This is how you find partners to manage with. Thanks to their professionalism and elite insights, spearheaded by an experienced Regional Property Manager like Jennifer Melendez, we’ll all be working together on our newest Dallas multifamily property. This is how you build communities for tenants. There’s a lot of other pieces to this picture, but it’s an important snapshot to show… It’s not just about finding investors and buying apartments and making a bunch of money. It’s always about the team… And it’s the teamwork… (Say it with me) That makes the dream work. #cheesybuttrue #teamwork #multifamily

  • We are proud to announce that Brixley Apartments in Bradenton, Florida, has been recognized as the Best of Florida in the Apartment Communities category. This prestigious honor is especially significant as less than 10% of Florida businesses achieve this distinction. Brixley Apartments is also the first Willow Bridge community to receive this accolade, marking a proud milestone for our team. Please join us in congratulating them on this outstanding achievement! #willowbridgepc
