WISE Las Vegas's 2nd annual Women of Inspiration - one of the most inspiring nights of my life. So proud of our subcommittee for curating such a beautifully uplifting experience that will have a profound, everlasting impact. I couldn’t be more grateful for the honor and privilege of serving as WISE Las Vegas' President for the 2023-2024 term, leading the inception of Las Vegas Women of Inspiration, and playing a part in advancing women in the sports and entertainment industries of our city. To also have my women of inspiration, my mom Jennifer C. Sport taught me: ✅ Resilience – How to keep pushing forward, no matter what the challenge. ✅ Discipline – How to train day in and day out even when I don’t feel like doing it. ✅ Teamwork – That collaboration with coaches and teams is crucial, even in an individual sport. No one does it alone. ✅ Confidence – How to trust and believe in myself. And ask for advice when I am struggling or don’t know. ✅ Focus – How setting big and clear goals brings purpose and motivation. Let’s keep doing everything we can do to keep the next generation of women in sport for as long as possible.
