Today, our team had an incredible thought-partnering session with colleagues at the GT Leadership Challenge Course. We explored ways to enhance our suite of learning programming through a variety of ground and high ropes challenges. The ideas are flowing, and our team bonding has reached new heights—literally and figuratively! Stay tuned for exciting new learning opportunities on the horizon!

Earlier this week, we kicked off the ASPIRE program by welcoming our 54 participants, plus their co-learners, as they begin developing & cultivating a leadership mindset. We also welcomed back three alumni from last year to help coach the cohorts through the program, excited to see Jillian Cruser, Brian Dyson, JD, & Richelle Fields excel in these roles! We can’t wait to see these folks outthink, outperform, & outmaneuver as they increase awareness of themselves and an understanding of how they can lead from their current role! #ASPIRE #learninganddevelopment #georgiatech #survivor
