Remembering Troy Orsini, a Valued Member of the W&M Fire Protection family: Troy Orsini’s contributions went far beyond his role at W&M Fire Protection. For over a decade, Troy was not only a trusted colleague but also a friend, mentor, and a guiding light to his home and work families. • A Mentor to Many: Starting as a 669 Sprinkler Fitter and rising to Project Manager, Troy shared his vast field knowledge with new generations, mentoring young apprentices and inspiring them to build meaningful careers in fire protection. His patience and pride in others' success created a legacy of skills and confidence within our team, even encouraging family members to join the industry. • A Trusted Colleague: Troy was someone you could count on, both professionally and personally. Every day started with a conversation about family, work, and life—reminders of how much he cared about the people he worked alongside. His presence fostered connection and trust within our team, values we hold dearly. • A Lasting Impact: Troy’s kindness, humor, and dedication lit up every room he entered. He was passionate about giving back, and his commitment to his community continues to inspire us all. To honor Troy’s legacy, we are hosting the 5th Annual Troy Orsini Memorial Food Drive in support of the Wolcott Food Pantry.
