WOCIP is a non-profit business and professional development organization founded in 2015 by nine visionary women who envisioned transforming the life sciences industry to influence the who access research, development and commercial innovations that impact health. WOCIP envisions a world where there is equitable access to improved health outcomes. The organization’s mission is to advance access to better health for all-- in an accelerated and sustainable manner by addressing gaps in representation and leadership levels that exist in the life science industry. Through our network of 22,000+, and members across the US, Europe and Africa. Our membership includes professionals from various educational backgrounds, organizational levels and functions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and life science industry, from entry level to senior executives.
