    Helping nonprofits fundraise more effectively

Support Response #2: What are some trusted free or lower-cost Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for nonprofits? I often get asked about affordable CRM options, and I’m happy to share a few that I’ve used, demoed, or heard great things about from nonprofit clients across the sector. Whether you're just starting out or have a larger development team, these tools can make a big difference in managing donor relationships effectively. Free: 📌 Givebutter – Great for grassroots orgs, and has built-in fundraising features. Reduced Cost: 📌 Neon One & Bloomerang – Ideal for small to mid-sized nonprofits looking for intuitive donor management at an affordable price. Slightly More Expensive, But More Robust for Larger Dev Teams: 📌 Virtuous, StratusLIVE, Giveffect, & HighTide Software – These platforms offer more advanced features, especially for organizations with a dedicated development team that need deeper integrations, scalability, and customization. Please note that I do not take referral fees. These recommendations are purely based on my own experiences and the recommendations of peers in the field. Which CRM do you use? Drop your favorite in the comments and share what you love about it!
