As a global networking organization, our mission is to increase diversity and give more visibility to women leaders within the streaming media industry. To do this, Women in Streaming Media (WSM) will create forums and events to connect women, provide mentorship and internship programs to increase and grow women’s participation in the industry and in leadership roles, and promote other opportunities to help women achieve their professional goals.

    Constanza Dibueno, today I just want to say: THANK YOU!! ❤️ It's October, and that can only mean one thing: #Demuxed. For me, THE event for the video developers and tech community. But this Demuxed is different.. and not because it’s celebrating its 10th edition. What's truly special is that for the first time, after seeing so many Qualabers on that magical stage over the past years, we’ll have the pleasure of watching Coti stand there ✨ So today, this post is for you, Coti! For daring to dream, for being brave, for facing your fears, for inspiring all of us. In just one week, you'll be stepping onto a stage that commands immense respect and, yes, a little fear from many giants in our community. Because presenting at Demuxed isn’t for just anyone... yet you are doing it!! 🙌 In an industry where women are still underrepresented, you're going to take that stage to share your experience and make your voice heard! And what a pleasure and honor to have witnessed all the effort, work, and commitment you put in to make it incredible! 👏 Beyond the technical side of your talk and the incredible demo you will present, know that you are an inspiration to all the women at Qualabs and, I have no doubt, that next week you will inspire many other women in our industry who may not yet dare to do what you set out to do 🤩 All it takes is one brave person, and you're that woman for us today 💪 So, THANK YOU!!
