  • "If you don’t see a space for yourself, create one." That’s exactly what Cherie-Anne Baxter-Blyth🌈, Marketing & Strategy Director at Unividual Ltd: Financial Planning, has done throughout her career in wealth management. She didn’t join the industry because she loved finance. She joined because she saw the opportunity to build something different - a business that isn’t just about numbers, but about people, relationships, and real impact. From challenging stereotypes to reshaping outdated cultures, Cherie-Anne is proof that this industry needs more than traditional thinking... It needs fresh perspectives, emotional intelligence, and a drive to change what success looks like. Her advice? → Challenge stereotypes → Choose the right environment → Silence imposter syndrome → Take action This industry isn’t perfect, but it is changing. 💭 Read more below and share your thoughts. #WomenInWealth #BreakingBarriers #WealthManagement #FinancialPlanning

  • You have every right to be in the room - and the ability to change what the room looks like. Not every woman’s experience in the industry is the same. Some find support early on, others have to push a little harder to be heard. But what’s true across the board is this: when women take up space, speak up, and support one another, the culture shifts 💥 If you’re not seeing representation where you are, don’t assume you don’t belong. Build your network, back yourself, and invite others in. You might be the reason someone else feels like they belong, too 💜 💬 What advice would you give to someone just starting their journey in wealth management? #WomenInWealth #RepresentationMatters #Inclusion #WealthManagement #FinancialPlanning

Three industries. One mission ✨ When we started Women in Sales (formerly Women Who Sell), it was about more than just careers - it was about opening up conversations that weren’t happening enough. Women needed a space to share: Their experiences Their challenges Their successes In an industry where representation has often been lacking. But as enable recruitment | B Corp™ grew, we realised it wasn’t just sales where these conversations were missing. 💜 Women in Wealth 💜 Women in Insurance Were both launched to highlight the barriers and breakthroughs for women in industries still heavily male-dominated at senior levels. At enable, our slogan is 'A New Breed Of Recruiter' and that doesn’t just mean how we work with clients, but how we support and champion candidates too. We’ve heard far too many stories of women being overlooked, underestimated, or held to different standards in hiring processes. Fast forward to today - we’re a B Corp certified business. This means we now have a certification for values we’ve always held. But more importantly, we’re continuing to take action. Through our 'Women In' blog series and conversations, we want to encourage businesses to build environments where everyone can thrive... Not just because it’s the right thing to do. But because it leads to stronger, more successful workplaces. The work isn’t done, and we know real change comes from action, not just conversation. But if we can play a part in helping to shape the future of these industries, we’re doing what we set out to do. 💭 If you’d like to share your experiences in sales, wealth, or insurance, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s keep this conversation going! #WomenInSales #WomenInWealth #WomenInInsurance #ANewBreedOfRecruiter

  • In wealth management, firms often focus on recruitment to solve talent shortages. But retention is just as important. One of the most effective ways to keep employees engaged, especially during times of change, is through strong leadership and mentorship. → Employees don’t leave companies. They leave cultures where they don’t feel valued or supported. → Mentorship creates a clear pathway for growth. Giving people the confidence and guidance to develop within their firm instead of looking elsewhere. For women in leadership, this is a huge opportunity. More representation at the top means more role models for the next generation. And when women in wealth management mentor and uplift others, they help create a culture where: 💜 More women stay 💜 More women grow 💜 And more women lead. What’s one thing firms can do to better support career development through leadership and mentoring? #WomenInWealth #WealthManagement #FinancialPlanning

  • A strong culture isn’t just a ‘nice-to-have’ - it’s a retention tool. In wealth management, firms go through constant change. Whether it’s mergers, acquisitions, or shifts in leadership. But during times of uncertainty, one thing keeps teams together: Culture ⭐ A workplace where people feel valued, supported, and heard is one where they’ll want to stay, even when challenges arise. And for women in leadership, shaping that culture is a huge opportunity. 💭 How can companies create an environment where employees want to stay and grow? Women in leadership have the power to drive real change in workplace culture. • “It’s not just about growing wealth, but giving people the tools and confidence to feel secure in their financial decisions.” Wealth management is about more than just numbers... It’s about empowering people to take control of their financial futures. And for women in the industry, it’s also about challenging outdated perceptions of who financial advice is for. Too often, there’s still a misconception that financial planning is only for the ultra-wealthy. But in reality, it’s for everyone. 🏘 From those planning their first big purchase... ✈ To those preparing for retirement. And women in wealth management are playing a key role in changing that narrative. Women in wealth are opening the door for more people to feel confident about their choices, ask questions without judgment, and find financial solutions that work for them. 💬 How do you think the industry can make financial advice feel more accessible to all? #WomenInWealth #WealthManagement #FinancialAdviser
