November 1st is the beginning of Diwali! #Diwali, one of the major religious festivals in #Hinduism, #Jainism, and #Sikhism, lasts for five days. The festival generally symbolizes the victory of light over darkness. The most widespread custom is the lighting of #diyas (small earthenware lamps filled with oil) on the night of the new moon. It symbolizes the spiritual victory of Dharma over Adharma, light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. Wishing a #HappyDiwali to all Women's Energy Network Global friends and families.

Just putting the finishing touches on this week's Iridium Insights newsletter. If you're going to be there, drop by and say hello. You can sign up for our newsletter at the link below to read more about her incredible career (and how it helped shape our business) in tomorrow's dispatch. https://lnkd.in/gmpFMEdS

What a week it has been. To say we are deeply saddened to see the destruction in the Carolinas, and the rest of the Southeast, in the wake of Hurricane Helene is an understatement. For those of who would like to help, we encourage you to visit Operation Airdrop: https://lnkd.in/e7R9KyDS Thank you to those at the front lines. 🙏 To our linemen and linewomen working diligently to get the lights back on; and the first responders, volunteers, and non-profits helping those affected by the hurricane.

Women's Energy Network Global extends its heartfelt thoughts to everyone impacted by Hurricane Helene. Join Allies in Energy in helping those in need by donating today. See below for more details.
Over the past few days, Hurricane Helene has ripped through five states, leaving many stranded, roads closed, and millions without power. In the Asheville, North Carolina, area, many still needed access to information as the mountain terrain was hit hard by washing out cities, homes, and roads. Allies in Energy has put together an Amazon Wish List of critical supplies for the region. All supplies will be donated and delivered to Hearts with Hands Disaster Relief in Asheville at their warehouse. Thank you for your support for those in need on the ground in North Carolina: https://lnkd.in/gRcFvHD6 Or you may donate financially to: https://lnkd.in/e57q2zzZ
