There are resources, support groups, and strategies that can make a difference and reduce the odds of adverse life outcomes. Early diagnosis of FASD is key to getting the right support. The earlier a child is diagnosed, the better the chances for interventions that can improve their quality of life. Hope RISING Clinic is the only clinic in Washington state providing comprehensive prenatal substance exposure (PSE) services, including FASDs, to children aged birth to 13.
