☕️☕️Coffee isn’t just a drink! It’s an experience, a connection, and a story. We had the privilege of working with Alejandra Jaimes to tease out her vision for Estellar Coffee—a brand rooted in 🇨🇴Colombian heritage, transparency, and impact. From guiding every touchpoint to naming the “5 by Estellar” social club, we helped craft a coffee journey that’s as vibrant and meaningful as Alejandra herself. Startups also don’t have to be tech. ☕ ☕ Every industry feels like a man’s game. Coffee is no exception.☕ ☕ Women contribute up to 70% of the labor in coffee production, but they still struggle to access land, funding, and leadership roles. Most of the biggest jobs in coffee still go to men, even though some of the world’s finest coffee is grown by women. So, when the charismatic Alejandra Jaimes approached us with her dream of creating a coffee brand, we knew our role wasn’t just to build a brand—it was to tease out her vision. A vision shaped by Colombian heritage, a love of art, design & creativity, and a belief that coffee can be a platform for connection. At Would You Even (WYE), we helped Alejandra express that vision. Not just through packaging but through every interaction, ensuring that her values of transparency, fairness, and collaboration shone through. At Estellar, the growers aren’t just suppliers. They’re #partners. Each person involved contributes their expertise, making every cup more than just a drink. Alejandra’s approach to fair trade isn’t about slapping a label on a product. It’s personal. She meets with farmers, roasters, and growers, making sure everyone is paid fairly and communities are healthy and thriving. This isn’t sustainability as a marketing strategy—it’s real impact, from Colombian farms to your cup. We also developed "5 by Estellar"—a social club built around the five senses. It’s a reminder that coffee doesn’t just belong in shops It belongs in experiences. At these events, people connect through music, art, and food, creating moments where community comes alive. For me, this project feels personal. My earliest memories of coffee are from the back of my dad’s record shop in London, where the smell of freshly brewed coffee mingled with music and conversation. Coffee wasn’t just a drink—it was an invitation to connect. That’s what Estellar Coffee is all about: slowing down, savoring each sip, and building meaningful connections along the way. In a world obsessed with convenience, Estellar isn’t trying to be the cheapest—it’s trying to be meaningful. This is coffee that tastes as good as it feels. Bravo, Alejandra Jaimes and Estellar Coffee. I can't wait to see you go to the moon.
