What's RURAL PACE-X? It's a new financing product designed for ground-up construction in micro-rural areas that provides up to 85% LTC. X-Caliber and affiliate CastleGreen Finance recently announced the creation of this proprietary product that combines X-Caliber’s conventional senior-secured funding with CastleGreen’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing.
