It’s not too late to sign up! ⬅️ Join our Xavier | SAfE Middle Leaders programme designed to support teachers to develop the skills to lead both people and change in schools. In the early stages of leadership, it is important to establish who you are as a leader, foster investment by your team, and understand the process of leading sustained change. Participants will identify a change they want to address, and through the programme, learn to lead others and lead change through the lens of this specific issue. We will ‘learn about’ and ‘learn to’ lead with impact in a school context. Programme includes six 1.5 hour sessions over the year; three sessions in the Autumn term, and three spread across the remainder of the year. This is to encourage learning, development and reflective practice over time.
