Have you ever felt the sting of rejection? It can hit hard, leaving you to question your abilities and worth. Yet, as I reflect on my own experiences, I see rejection not as an ending but as a turning point toward something even better. Each rejection has taught me valuable lessons and opened doors I didn’t initially notice. Every rejection can lead to new beginnings. Letting go of what no longer serves you can create space for fresh opportunities. These might include new relationships, better career paths, or personal projects that ignite your passion.  Rejection is a part of life, woven into our experiences like an essential thread in a tapestry. In retrospect, I see rejection not as a setback but as a catalyst for lessons learned, resilience developed, and greater opportunities that lie ahead. By viewing rejection as redirection, we empower ourselves to pursue paths that align with our true ambitions. The next time you feel rejected, pause and reflect. You may find that life is guiding you toward a far more fulfilling destination. #giffordthomas #leadershipfirst #inspiration

I am violently politically agnostic. DARREN HARDY Half of America woke up today overjoyed. The other half is in despair. Jonathan Pollard No one is coming to save you. Scott Mann We are witnessing the Karpman drama triangle play out at a societal level. David Emerald Womeldorff If you think one person is going to change your life that much in the next four years, you’re right. That person is you. Here’s a 10 point plan for a radically better life in 4 years: 1. Turn off the “news”, and social media. All of it. It’s not helping you mentally, physically, relationally, or financially. Rand Stagen 2. Go to bed earlier. Get 7-8 hours of sleep. Andrew Huberman 3. Drink less empty calories (sugar and alcohol). Drink more water. Dan Go 4. Eat more single ingredient foods. Eat less food with ingredients you can't pronounce. 5. Do pushups to failure every day 6. Go for a 60-90 minute walk / jog / run in nature, with a friend or family member once a week. 7. Read 10 pages of a real book, every day. 8. Eat dinner together with your family more nights than not. 9. Call or text one person a day that means something to you, and tell them how much they mean to you. 10. Misogi - once a year. Jesse Itzler Good news, in America…you can 100% control all 10. They are pretty much free, and some of them are better than free! You know what I love about immigrants (all of them, legal and illegal)? They are creators, willing to take massive imperfect action, just for the chance of a better life for themselves and their families and future generations. There’s likely a lot for us to learn from their bias for action, and willingness to do something about a current state that’s no longer acceptable for them. Where are you playing small? Dan Sullivan Benjamin Hardy, PhD Where are you lacking extreme ownership? Jocko Willink Where are you underestimating the power of habit? Charles Duhigg Where do you need to have more bias for action, within your span of control? Carey Dunai Lohrenz, CPAE
