He began his career as a vehicle damage appraiser, inspecting and evaluating over 10,000 crashed vehicles. Vladimir holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, where he participated in the ASME Human Powered Vehicle Challenge. His extensive training in accident investigation and diverse certifications, including an FAA Pilot License and Merchant Mariner Credential, equip him with a unique skill set to provide a high-quality level of service and experience to his clients. He is fully accredited by ACTAR and is a Certified Director of Safety by NATMI. Will’s expertise includes downloading and analyzing digital forensic data from various vehicle systems and inspecting braking systems on heavy trucks. He brings 11 years of experience in electrical design, fire alarm systems, and construction administration across commercial, industrial, transit, and utility projects. Vixar holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Power & Energy Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). With extensive experience in forensic investigations, Vixar has investigated fire and equipment failure matters in solar power installations and inspected electrical systems and appliances to analyze potential electrical failures.
