RM Planning & Supplier Follow-up: - Plan and execute raw material procurement based on MRP results (send releases, get order and shipping confirmations, follow up on delays). - Analyze RM coverage, reschedule open orders to align with production plans. - Periodically check SAP parameters for order releases per supplier agreements. - Obtain supplier invoices post-shipment and ensure control of all in-transit parts using the DOH report. - Ensure accurate loading of announced quantities from the forwarder’s HUB to meet original ETA. - Confirm loaded trucks from the HUB/suppliers align with schedules and complete daily truck follow-up. - Ensure coverage based on the weekly report, check weekly orders control, and provide necessary comments and actions. - Submit internal claims with evidence for any abnormal deliveries. - Archive all documents related to quality and quantity claims. - Maintain optimum inventory levels, minimize overstock and avoid dead stock. - Coordinate with new project planners for customer increases/decreases and MPS changes. 2. Materials Shortage Alarm and Potential Production Interruption: - Report material availability issues proactively. - Review MRP results regularly to identify risks of production interruption. - Communicate critical parts to the Coordinator based on the weekly coverage report. - Report abnormal deliveries and potential production interruption risks to the Coordinator promptly. - Take immediate actions to avoid production shortages. - Provide clear analyses of potential shortage risks. - Ensure necessary follow-up for trucks loading critical parts with the transport team. 3. Premium Cost Control and Cost Recovery: - Complete transportation forms for special transport needs. - Complete internal charge forms with evidence for supplier failures. - Create and fulfill debit notes for costs not under YMO responsibility. - Provide necessary information and evidence for reporting. 4. EHS and IATF: - Respect waste management requirements. - Adhere to Yazaki EH&S requirements. - Follow Yazaki standards and procedures. - Comply with YAZAKI Basics (MOTO, 7 Muda, TPME) and linked standards. - Support new projects. Job Qualifications: - Education: Business Administration, or related field. - 0 ~ 3 years in a related area. Reception of Equipment: - Control and receive all equipment during the initiation of a new project or as needed for serial life. 2. Installation and Validation of Equipment: - Order, validate, and evaluate new crimping equipment according to the YEL Standard. - Ensure specifications are met for new equipment orders. - Manage the movement of equipment during layout changes. - Conduct equipment validation as per YMEA procedures, including: (Calibration, Setting, Capability studies) 3. Coordination: - Act as the Representative for COSEE Crimping. - Coordinate with other departments, PTC, and other YEL plants. - Manage team dynamics and oversee the transfer of equipment. 4. Staff Management: - Lead actions dedicated to team development and performance. 5. Standards of Operations and Workflow: - Develop and maintain operation standards for all crimping equipment. - Create and update work instructions to ensure efficient workflow.
