When inflation cooled from 2.95% to 1.98% between August 2018 and July 2019, the market's reaction was a stark reminder of one thing: diversification is 🔑 While equities lagged, real estate surged with an 11.2% gain, and fixed income assets like US Treasuries and municipal bonds delivered strong returns between 6.8% and 7.4%.
