At YMC, our Healing-Centered Mentoring™ practices not only teach mentoring practitioners how to help their mentees regulate stress but strategies for practitioners as well. Experts led sessions on mindfulness and self-care that taught the fellows of our second Healing-Centered Mentoring™ Fellowship Cohort how to practice mindfulness and implement techniques that will reduce stress and burnout. Congratulations to our #Scholarship recipients! This year, in partnership with the Ciara Arts and Science Foundation, YMC awarded three $20,000 scholarships to "Outstanding Youth Leaders of the Year" in North Carolina. We revealed our scholarship recipients at the #2024CYMS lunch ceremony. We look forward to seeing the incredible impact they will continue to make in their communities and beyond.
