On #InternationalEqualPayDay, let’s acknowledge the ongoing disparity in pay. Women still earn just 82 cents for every dollar earned by men, and for women of color, this gap is even larger. As Ruth Bader Ginsburg famously said, ‘Women belong in all places where decisions are being made.’ This includes decisions about fair pay. 📢 What can you do today? Support initiatives and policies that promote equal pay, advocate for salary transparency, negotiate confidently in your own career, and mentor others to do the same. By raising awareness and pushing for systemic change, we can move closer to a world where equal pay is a reality for all. Equal pay isn't just a women’s issue—it's an issue of justice and fairness for everyone. Let's continue fighting to close the wage gap for future generations. #EqualPay #WageEquality #Leadership #DiversityAndInclusion #PayEquity #EconomicJustice #CallToAction
