    We are hiring for NO C2C Role: Infoprint Server (IPS) Specialist (Not specific to this title) Duration: 6 Months + Location: Remote Any Visa on W2   Engagement:  Assistance requested to review and document Client’s current Infoprint Server (IPS) software installed on a Kyndryl-managed mainframe computer.   Deliverables Analysis & Repair  Work with Kyndryl to access and review the current IPS installation.  Document any anomalies found in the current IPS installation.  With Client approval, make needed adjustments to the current IPS installation.         2. Upgrade                a) With Client approval, work with Kyndryl to upgrade the IPS to the latest version.         3. Document               a) Provide a detailed description of the upgraded IPS installation to maximize the efficiency of future maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades desired by the client.   - Optional Deliverables 1. Skills Transfer    a) Provide a maximum of three Client personnel with a working knowledge of the IPS system and the related documentation.    b) Transfer classes are conducted via three 1-hour TEAMs calls at times agreed upon by vendor and the Client. 2. Annual Audit    a) Perform an annual review of the IPS system’s ability to process the Client’s current print environment efficiently.    b) Document any recommended adjustments to maximize the IPS’ ability to process print in the Client’s current print environment.   Client Responsibilities 1. Provide a secure remote connection and userids with sufficient authority to perform print administration, print job testing, and related IPS activities. 2. Provide access to Kyndryl personnel associated with the IPS installation. 3. Generate backups of all source code created during this project. 4. Provide a high-priority response, resolution, and escalation for initiated requests. 5. Provide systems personnel capable of providing printed output verification, acceptance, and feedback.

Job Description As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of desktop environments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and providing guidance on IT best practices. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure all equipment is up to date. Assist in the setup and support of network connections and printers. Document technical issues and solutions for future reference. Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and implement new technologies. Provide training and guidance to users on IT-related topics and best practices. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or similar technical support role. Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
