Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium with Python. Design and execute automated test scripts to validate web applications and APIs. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) through automated testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation. Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Python for automation scripting. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like PyTest, Robot Framework, or custom-built frameworks. Experience testing web applications, APIs, and databases. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust.
