You sent the RFQ, maybe even negotiated a bit, and now’s the time to get the final quotes, analyze them, compare them, and send them for approval with some final recommendations. We’re not going to lie – this is not the easy part. Quotes and offers come in different formats and files. They might still have stuff missing. You might need to copy different elements and paste them into a separate spreadsheet to make their structure consistent and easy to compare. And that is just manual work, repeated every time. Unless you work with a #procurement AI agent: 🤖 An AI agent will automatically analyze offers, whatever their structure, and summarize conclusions. 🤖 Based on the detailed analysis of all elements, it will come up with a recommendation – automatically. 🤖 Chat with it to compare offers based on different criteria and specific elements. 🤖 Then export the findings into a spreadsheet and send for approval. TA-DA! ✨ Nice, quick, and with a zing! It’s what Zingflow’s for.

Negotiating prices in the #procurement process is yet another time-consuming task to handle. Or should we say tasks, because you usually need to negotiate multiple quotes at the same time. If there’s time to do that at all – because production can’t wait, can it? But savings need to be made and reported, too. So, what do you do? Ask an AI agent to do it for you. TA-DA! ✨ AI agents can automatically negotiate quotes and contracts – including dynamic negotiations and cross negotiations. With multiple suppliers, all at the same time. All without having to involve a human, who can tend to all the other items that are waiting to be crossed off the to-do list. With AI agents, you don’t have to choose between savings and speedy procurement processes. You can have both when you use Zingflow.

Does creating RFQs take too much of your time? It probably does if you need to first export all the specs that sit in your ERP, then create the RFQ, and then put it all in an email. And that's multiple times over. Over and over again. Does that sound like a typical day in your office life? First, you figure out what goods or services are needed. Then, you define the detailed requirements, including technical specs, quality standards, and timelines. You choose the right RFx type, often an RFQ for straightforward quotes, and prepare the RFx document, making sure it includes everything suppliers need to know. And you have to identify and contact potential suppliers, often manually. Plus craft personalized messages, include attachments, send, and wait for the responses to start coming in. Because, yes, that’s just the beginning. Unless, you hire a #procurement AI agent to do it for you. Integrate Zingflow with your ERP and ask the agent to pull all the information it needs to create an RFQ automatically. You can also upload an .xls file and the AI agent will put together multiple RFQs for you. Then just one look to check if everything looks right and maybe tweak it here or there. And get it to send to multiple suppliers selected from your database based on the criteria you give it. TA-DA! ✨ In. Minutes. So, how long did you say it took you on average?

You say "AI", we say "magic". ✨ Let us explain. AI is a buzzword, and boy, is it buzzing right now in B2B solutions. And it's made its way to procurement, too. Don't get us wrong, it's great. The thing is, a lot of the time, it's just an add-on on top of existing software, just so you can slap "AI-powered" on the homepage. But the real question is – what does the AI do? How is it making work (and life) easier for people who use it? And how reliable is it? Can you really trust it to make smart financial decisions? Here's our take: https://lnkd.in/dj4gf9j2

Procurement is one of those areas of business that doesn't get enough attention. It's often an afterthought, maybe managed in someone's Excel sheet that gets shared and copied multiple times over. Who knows where the original version is. Or, if it gets attention, it's often through complex (and expensive) software you need to get training on first before you can actually do anything. (And maybe it's better to stick to that Excel sheet.) At Zingflow, we're working to find a middle ground – something that's simple enough yet really efficient. That does the job for you – at least parts of it, anyway. And that helps connect the dots within procurement management without the overkill of a super sophisticated platform that nobody knows how to use. Stay tuned while we bring you something that will make procurement management feel unusually easy. You could even say, it'll feel like magic.
