At the 2024 Southeast Multifamily Summit in Atlanta, Georgia, Stephanie Kircher, our Regional Vice President for the East markets, took center stage alongside industry leaders on an expert panel. The discussion focused on innovative strategies to increase leasing velocity, drive higher rental rates, and optimize the management of building operating costs.

On the 23rd commemoration of the lives lost on September 11, we pay tribute to the heroes, first responders, and survivors of that fateful day.

ZRS Management is giving all of its associates paid time off to vote on Election Day. We believe that everyone has a voice, and that everyone is equal when we vote. We will be investing corporate time and resources to help all of our associates register to vote over the next couple of months.
