Engaging in online communities and groups is a great way to foster connection online. While it may seem subpar compared to in-person connection, it beats the alternative of not having any connection! Drop-in Zoom calls are another great way to stay connected in an online work environment. Consider taking your work to a coffee shop or library as well! It’s great to get out and just see other people.
