Jessica has participated in various speaking engagements. She was a speaker, panelist and workshop leader at West Chester University’s 2015, 2016 and 2017 College of Business and Public Affairs Women’s Leadership Forum which focuses on helping college students shape their professional future. The Coalition is committed to developing and implementing best practices for keeping the region's workforce and their family members healthy and productive, and ensuring that when they do need health care, it is accessible, safe, high quality, and affordable. The Coalition also focuses on a number of key initiatives such as: value based insurance designs, transparency of safety, quality and pricing, employee well-being and productivity, changing the healthcare landscape, and providing ongoing educational programs and conferences to our members. Bringing Hope Home is a non-profit organization that provides Unexpected Amazingness to local Families with cancer through financial and emotional support. The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.​ In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Jessica is also on the Philanthropy Committee to develop and implement plans and strategies to secure adequate resources for the organization from a variety of funding sources. This Committee works in partnership with the Executive Director and financial development staff.
