About The Role

As an Account Executive at Grantify, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by leveraging your sales expertise and consultative approach. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating the unique value of our services. This is a remote position, perfect for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Communication and Client Engagement

  • Articulate Value: Clearly communicate Grantify's value proposition, using case studies, testimonials, and data to illustrate our success stories.
  • Overcome Objections: Provide persuasive and confident responses to client inquiries, building trust and overcoming objections.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct clear and effective demonstrations of our platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients.

Sales Performance

  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, maintaining a high conversion rate and generating significant new sales revenue.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring minimal churn and a structured follow-up process to close deals effectively.

Product Knowledge

  • Understand Grants: Gain a deep understanding of the eligibility criteria and process times for all our grant products.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage with peers and senior management, seek coaching feedback, and regularly listen to or shadow top performers’ calls to continually improve your sales strategies and techniques.

Organizational Excellence

  • CRM Management: Log all client interactions and sales activities into the CRM system within 24 hours, ensuring all deals have a future task set and no tasks become overdue.
  • Tool Proficiency: Effectively use software tools such as Hubspot, Bubble, Notion, Monday, Gmail, Calendly, Zoom, People HR, Gong, and Pandadoc.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in SaaS, technical account management, or IT solutions for enterprises.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Experience and success in working remotely, and managing tasks independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using a range of software tools to manage sales processes and client relationships.

The successful candidate will be US-based and must have the right to work in the US. We cannot offer the role to anyone living outside the US or anyone who requires sponsorship to work in the US.

The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks end to end, but we’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate timings that will work for you. As you progress through the stages, our Talent Acquisition Manager will share feedback and information on what to expect/prepare for. We aim to provide feedback and/or updates within 72 hours of each step.
