About The Position

We are looking for an Account Executive passionate about forging strong customer relationships, who demonstrates curiosity that leads to achieving our business outcomes. Our sales team is backed by in-house marketing specialists who provide qualified inbound leads. This person will build new relationships with HR and C-level executives to help secure new business. This person is someone who strives to not only hit goals but set new records. They will role model our Great Place To Work® Values and will develop and thrive around the “10 Ways to Build your Success” at Great Place To Work®.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Secure annual and multi-annual contracts surpassing quotas; maintaining a strong track-record of beating revenue goals
  • Accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities in Salesforce following Great Place To Work®’s sales and campaign management processes
  • Keep an organized and updated pipeline at all times to track and forecast sales performance

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Have relevant full-cycle sales experience who operate with an owner mentality
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Have a growth mindset and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams while working autonomously in a remote environment
  • Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a repeatable sales process
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help maximize results

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant full-cycle B2B inside sales experience, preferably hunting for new business closing mid-market accounts
  • Ability to comfortably build relationships with Director level and above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Desire and willingness to learn new applications
  • Experience with Outreach.io a plus
