Our client, a full-service digital advertising and media agency is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to be an integral part of the account management team, managing online and print campaigns. You would report to and work closely with the Account Director, and own the day-to-day relationships with a variety of top tier clients, building trust, ensuring seamless communication and execution of campaigns. You would serve as the conduit between the client and the creative studio, and must be comfortable with creative briefs and able to manage both sets of expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact between clients and the internal creative team, clearly communicating brand objectives, strategy, copy points, and deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage weekly status and project kick off calls with the client.
- Develop creative briefs/request forms and assist with presenting creative concepts to client teams with the creative team.
- Compile and communicate client feedback and creative revisions to the internal creative team, ensuring all updates align with client expectations.
- Oversee the quality of all campaign materials, ensuring thorough proofing and brand/legal guidelines are being upheld.
- Manage client expectations for all deliverables, develop and maintain production schedules, and ensure timely project completion.
- Create and manage invoices.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and stay abreast of industry news and developments.
- Identify new business/growth opportunities with clients.
- Provide ideas and suggestions for enhancing internal processes.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years advertising account executive experience with knowledge of the creative execution process (inclusive of print and digital).
- Expertise in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships diplomatically, resolve conflicts, and navigate competing demands.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to think and speak effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; JIRA background is a plus. Able to navigate and quick to learn various digital platforms.
