We've also created an inbox, so you'll never miss a message. Ways teams are using comments: 1️⃣ Sales teams can give feedback to Arcade creators about what is resonating with customers in the market. 2️⃣ Marketing teams can upload any asset, including videos, or PNGs — and get feedback and approval. 3️⃣ Product teams can share early Figma designs and share internally with the team for early feedback. ---- According to Steven Brisley, Head of Marketing at Camus Energy (and beta tester!), "Commenting has made providing and responding to feedback much more efficient.     ✨🕹️ Customer Spotlight: Hunter.io | Use case: Onboarding Hunter.io is an all-in-one email outreach platform that helps marketers, salespeople, recruiters, and anyone else who wants to connect with more people using emails. They incorporated a demo about their 'Discovery' product into their onboarding flow and saw 3.9x higher completion rates than their previous demo tool (from 19% to 74%!). The demo is also accessible in the product in the navigation bar. ----- 🦊 How Hunter uses Arcade: • Showcase features users want to use • Announce new products • Support our internal customer support knowledge base 🤝 Arcade has helped to: • Increase engagement: The onboarding completion rate increased from 19% (previous tool) to 74% • Boost CTA clicks: We achieved a 36% click rate on CTAs included in Arcades • Enhance feature adoption: Users became more familiar with functionalities, reducing product-related questions ——- Why we love 💙 this Arcade: 🪜 Length: 11 steps! It's concise and to the point. In our 2024 benchmark research report, we found that the ideal number of steps is less than 12. 🟠 Custom branding: The demo includes custom CTAs to drive behavior. The chapter CTA 'Get Started' redirects the user to a specific part of the product.     Arcade thought traditional product demos and sales pitches were boring. Which is why they designed the concept of “Demo Driven Development” with the mantra “show, don’t tell.” Since launch, over 9,000 teams have adopted Arcade to create interactive and immersive product demos, resulting in over 37,000 demos created globally in 2023 alone. We already know interactive demos work, and in Arcade’s inaugural benchmarks report, we can start to understand how to leverage key elements to maximize engagement. The report analyzed demos with over 100 views and provided the following recommendations: → Include an introduction chapter to boost play rates by 72%. → Build multiple chapters and advanced branching to increase personalization options and relevancy. → Incorporate sound as a vital extra layer of engagement, with demos featuring sound seeing 8% higher play rates. → Strategically place CTAs to facilitate higher interaction and guide users toward the intended outcome (signing up, opting for a trial, etc.). The findings couldn’t be clearer: interactive and visually engaging demos improve user engagement and conversion rates.
