Position Overview
The Account Executive, Membership Services will be responsible for maintaining and generating season ticket member revenue for Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC. This role requires a strong ability to identify, develop, and foster relationships with members while simultaneously driving new membership.

This is a full-time position that will require work during evenings and weekends for Louisville City FC & Racing Louisville FC home matches and stadium events.
Qualifications
Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional soccer clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021, bringing top-tier professional sports back to Kentucky for the first time in nearly 50 years.

The Account Executive, Membership Services will be responsible for maintaining and generating season ticket member revenue for Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling and servicing membership opportunities for both Clubs through outbound calls, emails, in-person appointments, and networking opportunities.
- Work strategically with ticket operations on order fulfillment, ticket distribution, list building, account assignment, contracts, invoices, and transfers.
- Assist the ticket sales and other departments with customer service issues.
- Deliver consistent and professional customer service to current and potential members.
- Creates innovative ways to renew, cross-sell, and generate new business from the current season ticket base.
- Work assigned sales, promotional, and team events to develop new prospects and referral opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current season ticket members through creative means including but not limited to in-match visits, networking events, and membership events.
- Responsible for relocation and upgrade process for season ticket members on an annual basis.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Record all activity and sales pipeline details in the CRM system.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of all current members within the customer database (CRM).
- Prioritizes sales goals to focus on current member experience campaigns.
- Possess knowledge of the Club’s ticketing platform, sales resources, and products.
- Acts as a community and corporate ambassador for the club.
- Work Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games to assist with gameday duties related to ticketing, group experiences, and sponsorship activation, as assigned.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Experience working in outbound call or customer service capacity; sports or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of Soccer, Sports Business, or related industry preferred.
- Experience working with ticketing software and CRM systems preferred.
- Comfortable with cold calling and similar outbound sales methods.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to fulfill the schedule requirements of the position, including working nights and weekends during home matches and special events.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
- Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.
