Kavaliro, headquartered in Orlando and serving clients internationally, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive the company's growth and solidify its position in the market. We are looking for a proactive individual with a talent for cultivating relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and close business in new accounts, overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives to understand client needs, strategize solutions, and present proposals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate deal records for precise forecasting and transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Performance evaluation will consider various key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and adept utilization of sales tools.
  • Embrace the dynamic nature of our industry, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn as market dynamics and our positioning evolve within the Salesforce landscape.

  • Enterprise Sales: Proficiency in selling to large, multifaceted organizations with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for building rapport in virtual settings, particularly during virtual meetings.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiasm for continuous learning, keeping abreast of software updates, customer successes, and industry trends.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable selling technical solutions, preferably across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
  • Resourcefulness: Self-motivated and well-organized, adept at finding solutions independently.
  • Passion for Sales: Excitement about sales and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding SaaS enterprise.
  • Requirements:

    • Demonstrated track record (3+ years) of meeting or exceeding targets in Enterprise Solutions/SaaS sales, ideally within Salesforce
    • Proficient in managing complex sales cycles involving various stakeholders and adept at creating urgency.
    • Proven success in generating new business, including cold calling targeted accounts.
    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is preferred
