Account Management Director

You'll lead a high-performing team to drive customer success and company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a world-class Account Management team.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, maximizing revenue and satisfaction.
• Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Communicate customer needs internally to foster cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
• 5+ years of successful team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive results.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
