We help businesses and insurance brands accelerate their growth through innovative marketing strategies and technology solutions. We foster a fun and dynamic work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. This is a remote role but we have team events in San Diego on a regular basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and market segments.
  • Close new business and ensure proper onboarding of new clients.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization to drive client success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technology teams to develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software, marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
