RevRise Media is a fast-growing marketing, technology, and lead generation company based in San Diego. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and market segments.
Close new business and ensure proper onboarding of new clients.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization to drive client success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
Work closely with the marketing and technology teams to develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software, marketing or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and digital platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
