salary: $26 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Maintains the general ledger.
• Codes invoices, sts up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
• Performs basic treasury functions, including initiating bank transfers and reconciling cash on a daily basis
• Working with cross functional revenue management / billing teams to properly accrue for accounts receivable
• Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
• Manages the purchasing and invoicing system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned, which may include general business analysis.

• CPA (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Financial Reporting (5 years of experience is required)
• Accounts Payable (5 years of experience is required)
• Accounts Receivable (5 years of experience is required)
• Payroll Accounting & Benefits (5 years of experience is required)
• Purchasing/Procurement (5 years of experience is required)
• P and L Reporting (5 years of experience is required)
