Accountant/Bookkeeper

Job Description

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Accountant to oversee our financial transactions and maintain the integrity and accuracy of our financial records. If you are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Review financial information for accuracy and ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and laws
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and data
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile accounts, and process payments
• Administer monthly payroll
• Support audits and other financial reviews
• Complete special projects and assignments in financial reporting and compliance
• Prepare detailed and itemized invoices, bills, and statements
• Office supply ordering and administration
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, communication, organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
