Accounting Manager

Maintaintuition accounts and ensure incoming payments are processed according to financial policies and procedures

• Monitor A/R aging reports and follow up with parents when payments are not received on time
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data
• Reconcile accounts receivable ensuring all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Update vendors in the accounting system, verify discrepancies, and help resolve billing issues
• Assist the Controller with month‐end and year‐end close procedures including postings, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, and two annual audits
• Create and send out monthly budget reports and assist the CFO in monitoring budgets and enforcing internal controls
• Support the CFO in the development of the annual Preliminary and Final Budgets salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors
