Description

The Accounts Payable Assistant is a supporting accounting position with a focus on accounts payable, data entry and administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Obtaining and entering utility invoices into the Company’s accounting system
  • Obtaining and distributing Home Depot invoices to properties for entry
  • Entering monthly vendor invoices
  • Miscellaneous data entry
  • Printing and mailing move out statements
  • Assist Senior Accountants, Controller, and CFO with accounting functions or other tasks as necessary and time permitting
