Overview

The Administrative Assistant is comfortable with Microsoft Suite and general office tasks and has strong verbal and written communication skills. The role provides support to Senior Leaders in the IT departmnt. The responsibilities will include calendar management, meeting coordination, and arranging travel. Additional, this role assistant the Exectuvie Assistant to the Chief Information Officer and IT Leadership team with administrative support, meeting planning and ad hoc tasks.


This role is remote, but will require some on-site work at the Orlando, FL Corporate office as scheduled for large meetings and executive events.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and business support to Senior Leaders and Executive Assistant
  • Organize schedules, setup appointments and cover meeting logistics
  • Prepare expense reports for Senior Leaders
  • Arrange travel as needed for Senior Leaders
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with coordinating offsite events
  • Coordinate onsite meetings and be in office to cover logistics
  • Remote eligible - but will report on-site to the corporate Orlando, FL office as needed for executive meetings and additional pre-determined events
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED and related administrative work experience and/or training preferred
  • 1-2 years of calendar management and travel booking experience preferred
  • Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
