This is a consulting contract role, requiring five days a week onsite.

**Experience Required:**
- Five years in an administrative role
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a wide array of daily office operations and facilitate communication and meeting schedules with senior leaders and their assistants for the core team.
- Efficiently manage calendars on a daily basis.
- Organize, coordinate, and lead special projects and events with both global and local business leaders.
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients, manage conference room bookings, and handle logistical arrangements.
- Arrange travel including flights, hotel bookings, car services, and provide directions as necessary.
- Process and monitor invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
**Skills Required:**
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and interact effectively with senior management and their assistants.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- At least five years of corporate administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Superior phone etiquette and management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree or secretarial school accreditation preferred.
