A company in the New York City area is looking for a Part Time Administrative assistant to join their team. This person will be handling printing and mailing processes, performing data collection and data entry, and maintaining the office equipment. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Printing and Mailing Workflow: Own and manage our printing and mailing processes for sensitive documentation, including daily handling of tax returns and tax checks to various government tax entities. Ensure adherence to strict deadlines, with heightened volume during quarter-end months.
* W2c Amendments: Amend W2c returns with the SSA for employee name and/or SSN changes.
* Payroll Implementation Support: Facilitate payroll implementations by managing specific steps in the payroll setup process, including data collection from existing payroll providers.
* Maintains office equipment in functional areas.
$18/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
