Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm in Naples who is looking for a Client Services Rep to join their team within the next month. The hiring manager is seeking individuals who offers experience in admin/clerical duties and someone who has excels in prioritizing multiple tasks. Responsibilities
Assist with opening and closing client accounts
Process deposits and withdrawals for clients
Preparation of client documents for signature
Assisting entire department w/ paperwork and running reports for team of about 20 people
Training process: shadowing the process, checklists to reference, will be shadowed
