Exciting Career Opportunities for RNs at Lee Health's Innovative Hospital-at-Home Program! Join one of Florida's first health systems to offer Hospital-at-Home services, right here at Lee Health! We are expanding our patient care beyond hospital walls, with our new program based at Gulf Coast Medical Center (GCMC). This is a unique chance to be part of a groundbreaking healthcare initiative and provide care in a way that truly meets patients where they are. We are now hiring RNs for both day and night shifts, with Full-time and Part-time benefit options. Explore these new roles: 1. RN Hospital-at-Home: Critical care RNs with experience will deliver in-home care within 30 miles of GCMC, working with patients transferred from hospital units or the Emergency Department. 2. RN Navigator: With a focus on case management, these RNs will work onsite at GCMC, guiding patient care with at least 2 years of experience. 3. Virtual RN: Based onsite at GCMC, these RNs will provide virtual care and education, and may occasionally step in for in-home visits. Additionally, LPNs will be hired to monitor patient vitals and assist in coordinating care from the GCMC command center.
