The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the executive area. The position supports the Executive Assistant to the President of Retail, and involves a variety of tasks related to organization, reporting, and workflow operations. Through efficient communication, the Administrator will ensure all tasks are completed accurately and of a high quality, while being delivered in a timely manner.

Essential Job Results
- Serve as a liaison between Executive Assistant, Retail team, interdepartmental team, and outside personnel to enhance collaboration and facilitate communication.
- Provide support to assist Executive Assistant and, if required, President of Retail.
- Reading and researching correspondence; collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepare and print weekly reports for the President of Retail.
- Assist with managing calendars, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Facilitating and assisting with expenses and invoice management.
- Attending meetings as needed to stay well-informed on changes and assist with discussed projects and action plans.
- Support a team-oriented environment, while maintaining office confidentiality.
- Facilitate with following up on projects & deadlines with management team.
- Facilitate departmental events with the Executive Assistant Team.
- Ensure adherence to retail policies and procedures for all Retail employees.
- Maintain files and the executive filing system.
- Presentation creation for conferences and general meetings, when necessary.
- Locates and compiles information, and formats data such as graphs, tables, records and other sources of information.
- General administrative duties and projects as assigned.

- 1-2 years supporting a high-level executive; strong ability to balance professionalism with a personable demeanor.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in expressing and communicating complex ideas to varying experience levels.
- Advanced in all MS Office programs.
- 2–4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
