We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - HR Executive to join a leading global financial firm's Human Resources department, focusing on Employee Relations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior executives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Arrange global travel and process expense reports.
Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
Act as a gatekeeper, answering calls and greeting guests.
Maintain organized files and office supplies.
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within Financial Services.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and Concur is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
